When should you take Kiwi Nutrition Whey Protein Powder?
Kiwi Nutrition whey protein powder is fast absorbing so we recommend enjoying it 30-60 minutes before or after workouts but it’s also great for drinking any time of the day.

Directions for use:
For a great tasting, delicious shake combine 1 scoop (2 heaped dessert spoons) of Kiwi Nutrition whey protein powder with 150-250 ml of cold water (depending on personal preference for desired thickness and flavour). Use 2-3 servings daily for maximum protein uptake. Kiwi Nutrition whey protein powder is not intended as a sole source of nutrition and is best consumed in conjunction with a balanced diet containing whole food sources of protein and alongside an exercise program.
