These are a great start to the day when you want a filling breakfast on a lazy weekend morning.
- 2 scoops whey protein powder (natural or vanilla work well)
- Cinnamon 1-2 teaspoons
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- 2 eggs
Add all ingredients (apart from the eggs) to a blender and blend well, then add eggs and blend for only 10-20 seconds to avoid overbeating the eggs.
Heat a pan to a medium heat and pour a small amount, then heat until bubbles rise through the mix, then flip.
Enjoy with fresh fruit, maple syrup or yoghurt and cream.
