Warming Winter Protein Oats

The perfect comfort meal for winter! 


40g rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 scoop of kiwi nutrition chocolate or vanilla protein powder

Toppings (optional)

1/2 Banana
1 TBSP nut butter 
1.4 cup berries 


Microwave oats and milk for 1 ½ minutes or until oats are cooked, add your scoop of protein and then top with whatever berries or sauce you would like!
