Ingredients:
1 dessert spoonful of vanilla (or unflavoured) protein powder
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
Water to desired consistency (around 3 tablespoons)
Toppings (of your choice)
Method:
1) Preheat waffle iron
2) Add protein powder, egg and baking powder to a small bowl.
3) Add enough water to get to desired consistency.
4) Spray waffle maker with spray cooking oil on both sides
5) Pour batter into waffle iron and cook for approx 3 mins
