Tropical Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 banana

1 cup of frozen mango

1 cup of frozen pineapple

2 heaped tablespoons of Kiwi Nutrition Unflavoured or Vanilla Whey Protein

1 handful of ice

1 cup of coconut milk

 

Toppings (optional)

Chia seeds

Sliced almonds

Frozen berries

Fresh mango

 

Method

1) Place the banana, mango, pineapple and protein into the smoothie blender

2) Gradually add the milk and ice as you blend, until the smoothie is nice and thick

3) Pour into a bowl and add whatever toppings you would like!
