The Perfect Protein Pancakes

Who doesn't love waking up on a Sunday morning to fresh, protein pancakes.

Ingredients

1 large very ripe banana⁠

40g of Kiwi Nutrition whey protein⁠

1/8 tsp. cinnamon⁠

1/4 tsp. baking powder⁠

1/4 tsp. salt⁠

2 large eggs⁠

Method

Mix all ingredients into a bowl with either a fork or a whisk, pour batter onto a hot pan with some butter and cook till desired. Enjoy!
