Who doesn't love waking up on a Sunday morning to fresh, protein pancakes.
Ingredients
1 large very ripe banana
40g of Kiwi Nutrition whey protein
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
Method
Mix all ingredients into a bowl with either a fork or a whisk, pour batter onto a hot pan with some butter and cook till desired. Enjoy!
