Strawberry Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 heaped dessert spoon of Kiwi Nutrition Vanilla Protein Powder
3/4 cup of coconut milk
1 tbsp honey
3 chopped fresh strawberries
1 small handful of coconut chips or shavings
Method
1) Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined
2) Pour mixture into an air tight jar or container and place in the fridge overnight
3) The next day, pour the pudding into a serving bowl or glass and top with chopped strawberries and coconut shavings
