Strawberries and Cream Protein Oats


1/2 cup rolled oats

1 cup of milk of your choice

1/2 cup strawberries chopped

1 dessert spoonful of vanilla protein powder


  1. Place the milk in a saucepan, whisk the protein powder and heat over medium heat until warm.
  2. Add the oats and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the stove and stir in the berries.
  4. Serve immediately.
