Ingredients:
- 1 cup of milk of your choice
- 1-2 tablespoons of vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
- 3 mint leaves
- 1/2 cup of raspberries
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 4 almonds
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a nutribullet or blender and process until smooth. If fresh berries are used, add 3 cubes of ice.
