Refreshing berry protein powder smoothie

This protein smoothie is rich in superfoods like raspberries and blueberries, which may be beneficial for your health alongside being super delicious. 

Serves 1-2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk of your choice
  • 1-2 tablespoons of vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 4 almonds

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a nutribullet or blender and process until smooth. If fresh berries are used, add 3 cubes of ice.
  2. Serve
