Protein Nutty Granola


2 cups rolled oats 

1/2 cup protein powder(any flavour)

1/3 cup any nut putter 

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1 cup of nuts and dried fruit of your choice!



1. Preheat the oven to 180C and line a large baking tray.

2. In a large bowl, add the oats and protein powder and mix well.

3. In a microwave safe bowl, add the nut butter and maple syrup and microwave in 20-secs or until the nut butter has melted.

4. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.

5. Transfer the granola mixture onto the lined baking tray and spread out in an even layer.

6. Bake for 13-15 minutes, removing the granola halfway through to stir.

7. Remove the granola from the oven and mix once more, before letting it cool completely.

8. Once it reaches room temperature, transfer into a large mixing bowl and add your nuts and dried fruit.
