Protein Banana Choc Chip Muffins


2 eggs

1/4 cup olive oil

2 ripe bananas mashed

1 cup milk of your choice

2 dessert spoons of Kiwi Nutrition Whey Protein Isolate (vanilla/choc/unflavoured)

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 1/2 cups standard flour

4 tsp baking powder

1 cup chocolate chips



1) Preheat oven to 180°C.

2) Line a 12 hole standard sized muffin tin with muffin papers

3) In a large bowl beat the eggs, olive oil, mashed bananas, milk and brown sugar together lightly

4) Then mix in the flour, protein powder, baking powder and chocolate chips. Be careful not to over mix

4) Spoon into the prepared tins and bake for 15 – 18 minutes until puffed and golden brown

5) Cool on a wire rack.
