Morning Protein Oats

Ingredients 

1/2 cup of oats

2 heaped tablespoons of Vanilla Whey or Pea Protein from Kiwi Nutrition

1/2 cup of water

1/4 cup of milk (of your choice)

Toppings

1 handful of fresh mixed berries

 

Method

1) Mix the oats and water in a bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds

2) Add protein powder to the heated oats and gradually add the milk as you stir it all together

3) Put the bowl back into the microwave and heat for another 30 seconds.

4) Add the fresh berries and any other toppings you like.
