Green Protein Powder Smoothie

Get an amazing start to the day with this protein smoothie!

Serves 1.


  • 1 pear, core removed and cut into quarters
  • 1 cup of milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon of Vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
  • 1 handful of spinach, washed
  • 1/4 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 small handful of almonds
  • 3 ice cubes


  1. Add all the ingredients to a nutribullet or blender, and blitz until smooth
  2. Add more milk or water until desired consistency is reached
  3. Serve
