Fruity French Toast


3 slices thin-sliced bread

1 egg or 2 egg whites for higher-protein option

1 dessert spoonful of vanilla protein powder

¼ cup almond milk

1 tsp cinnamon

Toppings of your choice! Eg. berries, sliced banana, yoghurt, maple syrup.


  1. Mix the egg, protein powder, milk, and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Then stir vigorously until well combined.
  2. Dip pieces of bread into the mixture and cover completely.
  3. Heat up a larger skillet over medium high.
  4. Spray skillet with cooking grease.
  5. Add bread to the skillet and cook for 2 mins on one slide. Flip and cook for another minute, then repeat this process until all the bread is cooked.
  6. Top with your choice of toppings.
