Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
1/4 cup raisins
Method
1) Mix protein powder and almond meal in a medium-size bowl.
2) Add in the nut butter and maple syrup and mix again. At this point the batter should be just like cookie dough.
3) Finally, add in raisins and mix one last time. Using a tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop out dough into your palms and roll into balls. Repeat.
