Ingredient:
1 handful basil
1 tin chickpeas drained
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 lemon, juice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tahini
1 dessert spoonful of
collagen powder
Method:
- Blend the tahini with the lemon, olive oil and garlic until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the chickpeas and basil, then blend until smooth. Add water as needed to help achieve the right consistency.
- Season to taste, then store in an airtight container in the fridge.
