Collagen Hummus


1 handful basil

1 tin chickpeas drained

2 cloves garlic minced

1/2 lemon, juice

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp tahini

1 dessert spoonful of

collagen powder


  1. Blend the tahini with the lemon, olive oil and garlic until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in the chickpeas and basil, then blend until smooth. Add water as needed to help achieve the right consistency.
  3. Season to taste, then store in an airtight container in the fridge.
