Collagen Coffee

Ingredients:

250mL strong black coffee, brewed (or 1 coffee capsule)

1/3 cup oat milk (or any type)

1 tsp raw sugar

1 tbsp collagen powder

Method:

  1. Brew the coffee or espresso into a mug.
  2. Heat up the milk.
  3. Pour the milk into the mug and add the sugar and collagen powder.
  4. Rotate the whisk quickly to mix in the collagen powder and froth the drink.
