1) 1 frozen banana
2) 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
3) 1 serving of Kiwi Nutrition Collagen Powder
4) 1 tbsp of honey
5) 1 cup of ice
6) A splash of almond milk
7) 1 tbsp of peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
Toppings
1) Fresh berries
2) Coconut shavings
3) Granola
4) Peanut butter
Method
Blend (but not for too long),
add your toppings.
