Very Berry Collagen Baked Oats

Ingredients: 

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup milk of choice

2 tbsp collagen powder

1/4tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 mixed berries

1 banana

2 heaped tbsp of vanilla protein

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp yoghurt

 Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease 2 baking dishes.
  2. In a blender, blend oats, baking powder, banana, salt, milk & maple syrup till smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in mixed berries.
  4. Evenly pour into oven dishes
  5. Bake for 25-35 minutes
  6. Top with yogurt, berries and maple syrup
