Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk of choice
2 tbsp collagen powder
1/4tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 mixed berries
1 banana
2 heaped tbsp of vanilla protein
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp yoghurt
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease 2 baking dishes.
- In a blender, blend oats, baking powder, banana, salt, milk & maple syrup till smooth and creamy.
- Stir in mixed berries.
- Evenly pour into oven dishes
- Bake for 25-35 minutes
- Top with yogurt, berries and maple syrup
