Cinnamon Cake Bars

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup flour

2 dessert spoonfuls vanilla or unflavoured protein powder

1/4 cup sugar

1 tbs baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 egg

1/3 cup apple sauce

1/4 cup greek yoghurt

1 cup milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbs sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon, set aside

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line the pan.
  2. Combine dry ingredients and set aside
  3. Whisk together wet ingredients in a seperate bowl
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish
  6. Combine sugar + cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter
  7. Bake for about 25-30 mins
  8. Let it cool in pan for 10-15 mins before serving
