Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
2 dessert spoonfuls vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1/3 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup greek yoghurt
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon, set aside
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line the pan.
- Combine dry ingredients and set aside
- Whisk together wet ingredients in a seperate bowl
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking dish
- Combine sugar + cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter
- Bake for about 25-30 mins
- Let it cool in pan for 10-15 mins before serving
