Chocolate Protein Mousse

Ingredients

200g Greek yoghurt

30g chocolate whey protein powder from Kiwi Nutrition

10g cocoa powder

2 tsp sweetener/coconut sugar

 

Method

1) Mix together the chocolate protein powder with the cocoa powder and sweetener/ coconut sugar before adding it to the yoghurt and mixing well.

2) Top with desiccated coconut/berries/banana (optional!) and serve.
