Chia Reviver Protein Powder Smoothie

This smoothie is delicious and packed full of goodness, with chia seeds, blueberries, honey and protein powder of your choice.


  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups of milk of your choice
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Sprig of mint
  • 4 ice cubes


  1. Cover the chia seeds with milk in a small bowl. Allow to soak for 10 minutes until the milk is absorbed.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a nutrabullet or blender and process until smooth
  3. Pour into glasses and garnish with a few berries, mint and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
