This smoothie is delicious and packed full of goodness, with chia seeds, blueberries, honey and protein powder of your choice.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups of milk of your choice
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Sprig of mint
- 4 ice cubes
Directions:
- Cover the chia seeds with milk in a small bowl. Allow to soak for 10 minutes until the milk is absorbed.
- Add all the ingredients to a nutrabullet or blender and process until smooth
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a few berries, mint and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
