Berry, spinach and dark chocolate protein smoothie

This recipe was pioneered by my father Max, who fervently believes in the power of dark chocolate and Kiwi Nutrition whey protein powder.


  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • Spinach, 1 handful
  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of whey protein powder (vanilla, chocolate or unflavoured)
  • Whittaker's Dark Ghana chocolate (72% cocoa), 4 squares
  • Raisins, approx 1 tablespoon or 2 whole dates (adjust for desired sweetness) 
  • Skim milk, 1 cup

Add all the ingredients to a blender or nutribullet, blend well and enjoy!

Not sickly sweet

Easily mixes with water to a smooth consistency and has a pleasant flavour without the common too sweet taste. Arrived exceptionally quickly.
