This recipe was pioneered by my father Max, who fervently believes in the power of dark chocolate and Kiwi Nutrition whey protein powder.
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 1 banana
- Spinach, 1 handful
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of whey protein powder (vanilla, chocolate or unflavoured)
- Whittaker's Dark Ghana chocolate (72% cocoa), 4 squares
- Raisins, approx 1 tablespoon or 2 whole dates (adjust for desired sweetness)
- Skim milk, 1 cup
Add all the ingredients to a blender or nutribullet, blend well and enjoy!
