Berry, spinach and dark chocolate protein powder smoothie

This recipe was pioneered by my father Max, who fervently believes in the power of dark chocolate and Kiwi Nutrition whey protein powder.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • Spinach, 1 handful
  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of whey protein powder (vanilla, chocolate or unflavoured)
  • Whittaker's Dark Ghana chocolate (72% cocoa), 4 squares
  • Raisins, approx 1 tablespoon or 2 whole dates (adjust for desired sweetness) 
  • Skim milk, 1 cup

Add all the ingredients to a blender or nutribullet, blend well and enjoy!
