Berry Collagen Scones


1 1/2 cups self-raising flour

1/2 cup milk

4 tbsp of collagen powder

1/4tsp salt

30g butter cubed and softened

1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries'


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray.
  2. In a large bowl sift together the dry ingredients.
  3. Rub in the softened butter with your fingers until there are no lumps.
  4. Add in the milk and stir until combined.
  5. Fold in the berries.
  6. Evenly place the dough into a ball on the baking tray.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
