Ingredients:
1 cup milk of choice
1 heaped tbsp of vanilla protein
1 banana
1/2 frozen mixed berries
1 teaspoon peanut butter
Method:
- Add milk, protein powder, banana, frozen berries and peanut butter to a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Add more milk to thin it out or ice cubes to thicken it
